• Fully Furnished – Fully furnished bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Bedrooms include a bed, side
• table, and lamp. Linens and towels are also provided upon request.
• Safe – Residents must sign a security camera consent form, acknowledging that there are cameras in all common areas
• of the house. We also have an owner manager available by phone and text 24/7.
• Fun – At least twice a year we will host community events for our community.
• No Credit Check – We make it simple and easy for you to move in.
• Wi-Fi – Free wireless internet for all residents.
• No separate utility bills – Your rent includes all utilities.

Residents pay a one-time non refundable administrative processing fee of $90 plus the first month’s rent to move in.

Residents must have enough income to cover their rent. We have an intake process that includes a behavioral

health questionnaire and a background check. We do not accept registered sex offenders.

Our rental agreements are month-to-month.
